With our extensive crafting expertise and repair knowledge, we understand the complexities of repairing well-worn shoes, moulded to your individual feet. No shoe requires exactly the same repairs, so therefore at Bleu’s L’Atelier we keep things simple - offering just three repair services, based on your shoes sole type. Leave the rest to us!

STEP 2

Post us your shoes

We’ll be in touch to confirm we have your order and are expecting your shoes. Please then post your shoes to us at:

STEP 3

We chase shoe perfection

We’ll confirm with you when your shoes arrive and if there’s any issues. Your shoes are then brought back to life with expert craftsmanship, care and passion.

STEP 4

Reunited with your shoes

Once your shoes are restored with our expert craftsmanship, we’ll post them back to you. Giving you your well-loved shoes back with their much needed restoration!

FAQs

Each repair has a certain indepth process that it needs to go through. The shoes will be stripped down and reconstructed, no part of the process is rushed or skipped. Therefore it is quite difficult to be specific regarding repair time which is why we state 4-6 weeks.
I deliver a more hands-on and personal repair and each pair is treated like they are my own. Unlike the manufacturers, it is just myself that will be repairing your shoe/boot. Therefore I am able to ensure the repair is of highest quality.
At Bleu’s you are paying for my personal craftsmanship skills and attention to detail along with the highest quality materials to ensure the longevity of your shoes/boots.
It is rare, however if I feel I can't repair your shoes I will call you to discuss and explain why. At which point a full refund will be given and the shoes will be returned.

ABOUT BLEU’S

Bleu’s is like no other shoe repair shop, which is reflected by us being known as a 'fine footwear restorations' shop. We pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and time which goes into every pair of shoes we restore.

Our shop is located in the stunning Montpellier. Known for its charm, history and luxury boutique shopping, Montpellier is an area which fits with our ethos and reflects the high quality feel of Bleu’s. Our shop, or studio as we call it, is a relaxed open plan shop and work area. We felt it was important for both us and the customers to feel relaxed in the environment we have created.

3o years of shoe repair and craftsmanship experience

Bleu’s began 15 yrs ago as an idea to start my own business, dreaming of a shop in Montpellier, Cheltenham. Then one day Paris, who knows! I wanted to change people’s expectations of a high street repair.

My first shop opened 12 years ago, in a small village outside Cheltenham. I was keen to utilise my genuine love for shoe repairing and attention to detail in every aspect of the business, from the feel of the shop to chasing perfection on each product a customer receives.

In 2020 I moved Bleu’s to Montpellier, taking with me the reputation I’d built up and continue to build upon. Over our four years here, I have continued delivering the highest quality of repairs whilst maintaining my passion and eye for detail. It’s incredible to see Bleu’s expand the way it has, especially with our new postal service.
